PM NGIRENTE JOINED HIS COUNTERPARTS ON THE PRIME MINISTERS’ PANEL AT THE 2024 AFRICA CEO FORUM
Kigali, May 16, 2024--- Prime Minister Dr. Ngirente joined his counterparts on the Prime Ministers’ Panel at the 2024 Africa CEO Forum, that took place in in the Kigali Convention Center from 16 to 17 May 2024.
This Panel also featured Rt. Hon. Dr. Patrice Emery TROVOADA, Prime Minister of Sao Tome and Principe, Rt. Hon. Amadou Oury BAH of Guinea, and Rt. Hon. Robert Beugré Mambé of Côte d’Ivoire.
Prime Ministers exchanged insights on fostering necessary reforms to broaden intra-African trade for local businesses via the successful activation of the AfCFTA and the role of the private sector in advancing Africa’s business climate.
Prime Minister Dr. Ngirente outlined significant reforms undertaken by the Government of Rwanda to attract investment.
He highlighted Rwanda’s role as a proponent and advocate for the AfCFTA and other regional integration efforts, emphasizing the need to eliminate obstacles for the AfCFTA’s effective execution.
