PM Ngirente officiated the closing ceremony of the 26th EAPCCO General Annual Meeting
Kigali, January 31, 2025---Prime Minister Dr. Edouard Ngirente, officiated the closing ceremony of the 26th Eastern Africa Police Chiefs Cooperation Organization (EAPCCO) Annual General Meeting at Kigali Convention Center.
In his remarks, Prime Minister emphasized the importance of strong partnership among law enforcement organs. He commended their collaboration spirit in ensuring the security of people and the safety of their property.
Prime Minister also encouraged Police Chiefs to align policing strategies with the ever-changing nature of crime driven by digital and technological advancements.
He highlighted the need to continue investing in the training and development of Police officers, to ensure that they are well prepared to tackle unpredictable challenges while fulfilling their daily duties.
