PM NGIRENTE OFFICIATED THE CLOSING CEREMONY OF THE COMMONWEALTH BUSINESS FORUM
Kigali, June 23, 2022- Prime Minister Dr. Edouard Ngirente officiated the closing of the Commonwealth Business Forum in a ceremony that took place at Kigali Conference and Exhibition Village Center.
In his remarks, the Prime Minister noted that the Commonwealth has an immense advantage and strength that stem from the fact that among over 2.5 billion of its people, 60% of them are under the age of 30.
The Premier called upon participants in this Forum to increase Intra-Commonwealth and to share knowledge and skills in innovation, science and technology as way of rebuilding our economies.
He concluded his remarks by committing Rwanda’s readiness to closely work with other members as the next Commonwealth Chair-in-office.
