PM NGIRENTE OFFICIATED THE OPENING CEREMONY OF THE KIGALI ECONOMIC FORUM
Kigali, November 27, 2023-- Prime Minister Dr. Edouard Ngirente officially opened the Kigali Economic Forum, which took place in the Kigali Convention Center from 27 to 28 November 2023.
This Forum was organized by Le Cercle des Economistes (de France) in collaboration with the Government of Rwanda.
In his keynote address, Prime Minister noted that this Forum is taking place amidst major economic challenges including effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, inflation, food insecurity and climate shocks.
He emphasized the significance of these discussions with experts, as they allow for reflection on global challenges and the identification of sustainable solutions to address them.
