Malabo, 07 June 2025 ---Prime Minister Dr. Edouard Ngirente attended, on behalf of President Paul Kagame, the 26th Ordinary Session of the Conference of Heads of State and Government of the Economic Community of Central African States (ECCAS).
This Summit took place at the Centro de Conferencias de Sipopo in the Capital Malabo, Equatorial Guinea.
