Diamniadio, 02 April 2024 --- Prime Minister Dr. Edouard Ngirente attended, on behalf of President Paul Kagame, the inauguration ceremony of His Excellency Bassirou Diomaye Diakhar Faye, President of the Republic of Senegal.
After the inauguration ceremony, Prime Minister was received by President Bassirou Diomaye, at the Presidential Palace and delivered to him a special message and gift from His Excellency President Paul Kagame.
