Prime Minister Ngirente received the Director General of the International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI)
Kigali, May 19, 2022 – Prime Minister Dr. Edouard Ngirente received Dr Johan Swinnen, Director General of the International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI) and Global Director of Systems Transformation in CGIAR.
Their discussions focused on how to better strengthen the excellent relations and collaboration between IFPRI and Rwanda.
They also discussed the implications of the global food and energy price crisis for Rwanda as well as other topics of mutual interest.
