Prime Minister presented GoR’s achievements towards improving quality of education at all levels
Kigali, April 18, 2024: Prime Minister Dr. Ngirente Edouard, presented to the Rwandan Parliament, both Chambers, Government of Rwanda’s achievements towards improving quality of education at all levels.
In his presentation, Prime Minister highlighted structure, functioning and key achievements in improving the quality of education in primary, secondary schools and well as Universities and Higher Learning Institutions.
The Premier also underscored the pivotal role of Teacher Training Centers (TTCs) and Technical Secondary Schools (TSSs) in promoting the quality of education and facilitating job creation.
He also revealed that the Government of Rwanda remains committed to supporting tertiary education in order to foster the knowledge and skills necessary for the labor market and align them with the country’s development agenda.
Prime Minister encouraged parents to take a more active role in their children’s education.
He concluded his presentation by emphasizing that the Government of Rwanda will continue to prioritize enhancing the quality of education at all levels.
