PRIME MINISTER PRESIDED OVER THE 13TH GRADUATION CEREMONY OF THE SENIOR COMMAND AND STAFF COURSE
Musanze, June 16, 2025---On behalf of His Excellency Paul Kagame, the President of the Republic of Rwanda and Commander-In-Chief of the Rwanda Defence Force, Prime Minister Dr. Edouard Ngirente presided over the Graduation Ceremony of the Senior Command and Staff Course Intake 13.
This ceremony took place at the Rwanda Defence Forces Command and Staff College in Nyakinama, Musanze District.
In his remarks, Prime Minister commended the role of Rwanda Defence Force Command and Staff College in shaping leaders equipped to address the complex security challenges.
He emphasized the Government commitment to supporting efforts to strengthen military training infrastructure, ensuring its continued relevance and alignment with the highest standards.
Prime Minister also expressed gratitude to Rwanda Defence Force leadership for their role in developing a strong and professional force.
He urged graduate officers to uphold courage, humility, and a firm commitment to serve in their future leadership responsibilities.
The Premier also thanked respective countries of the graduates from allied nations and insisted on the importance of cooperation and collaboration in strengthening defense forces.
