PRIME MINISTER RECEIVED UN ASSISTANT SECRETARY-GENERAL AND COORDINATOR OF SCALING UP NUTRITION (SUN) MOVEMENT
Kigali, September 09, 2022 – Prime Minister Dr. Edouard Ngirente received Ms. Gerda Verburg, United Nations Assistant Secretary-General and Coordinator, Scaling Up Nutrition (SUN) Movement.
This meeting was held on the sidelines of the ongoing African Green Revolution Forum (AGRF2022) Summit that is taking place in Kigali, from September 5th to 9th, 2022.
They also discussed nutrition and food security efforts and challenges in Rwanda, as well as Rwanda's leadership role in these on the African continent.
